Friendly receptionist, spacious room with renaissance-like feel, pool and sauna, nice restaurants nearby, beautiful hikes.

Staff very professional and ready to help the customers. Location is also good. Room and services are in line with what has been paid. I would reccomend it if you would like to visit the black foreast as well as the ch location in the nearby. Having the spa in the hotel is also a plus.

Located in the heart of a traditional town centre, this hotel offers the convenience of proximity to nice restaurants and beautiful hikes. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with whirlpool baths and balconies with loungers and tables.

Way too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. Your eyes get itchy after only a couple of minutes.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a charming renaissance-like feel to it, with beautiful carpets and bowls for our dogs. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the scenery.

Very friendly, clean and perfect for transit to / from Italy, we stayed 2 nights and used everything we could in the spa and walked around the park of the village with its incredible trees (mostly imported) and roman ruins and old castle . Perfect for relaxing , also the restaurant very good.

Perhaps a good interior decorator is needed !

The hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to downtown. I really enjoyed the free parking lot which was a big relief during my business trip. the pool area was fantastic and perfect to relax after a long day of work. the warm temperature of the water, the whirlpool, and infrared cabin provided the perfect way to unwind.

The hotel had some drawbacks. the wifi was not up to par and kept interrupting my work.

I loved staying at this hotel with its excellent location in the center of town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel facilities were perfect. The cleanliness was also impressive, especially in the pool area and the breakfast was simply delicious.

The room was spacious and had a nice tub. The hotel was located near nice restaurants and hiking trails, which made it easy to explore the area. The pool and hot tub in the wellness center were a nice way to relax after a day of work.

The hotel felt outdated and stale. The breakfast lacked variety and the service was not friendly.
